Élaisa Uqittuq proudly represented at Québec Mines + Energy conference

On November 23, 2022, as part of the Québec Mines + Energy conference, Élaisa Uqittuq, Inuit Programs Coordinator, proudly represented Canadian Royalties as a panelist at a session organized by the Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF). This session focused on the potential of the First Nations and Inuit workforce.
In a context of labour shortage where social innovation is essential, organizations must adapt their managerial practices in order to adjust to the dynamics of intercultural relations. It is therefore important to interest the labour pool of First Nations and Inuit.
Elaisa Uqittuq testified and shared Canadian Royalties' best practices that set us apart and allow us to develop unique relationships. Beyond her position, Élaisa has brought her perspective as a woman in traditionally male professions and her ethnic and cultural perspective.
